forum, InterTech, was launched with big names in technology joining
forces, including Mircrosoft.
“Events
like this is very reflective of how Microsoft is. That is because
Microsoft has a great history at building diversity within its
workforce. “In fact in 1989, Microsoft was one of the first big
global companies that gave same-sex domestic partners benefits and to
have diversity policies around gender identity. “It’s something
that we’re very proud of and something that we have been driving

news, it said that this is not surprising for Microsoft, to wit:
“Therefore, it is not surprising Microsoft and Google have decided
to team up with other rivals including Amazon and Nokia to launch
London-based InterTech, a cross-industry social and professional
group they market to “gay geeks”, and hence last month’s launch
event at Skype. .“We are trying to design the devices and services
that will be loved by billions of people, which is why making the
most of a diverse workforce that reflects our customers is crucial to
our success,” says Microsoft’s director of human resources,
