Job Description: Under general direction, responsible for assessing , developing, deploying and evaluating training programs. Assess, Develop, Deploy and Evaluate training programs to targeted internal and external customers . On-board newly acquired Manufacture Reps (MRs) and Commercial Territory Managers. Conduct training on full LII Commercial Product Offering, Application and Selection.
Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.
Strong HVAC equipment engineering knowledge, with at least 3 years HVAC product selection and application experience. Ability to read and interpret wiring and block diagrams and translate into simplified training format. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, collaboration and organizational skills. Problem solving, analytical and decision making skills, using good judgment and professionalism. Curriculum development and ability to develop soft- and hard-skills in others with sustainable behavior changes.

Job Description: Under general supervision, develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of refrigeration products and services.
Performs box load calculations and selects the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations. Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements. Insures high post-sales satisfaction, facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
