Description: This analyst
provides comprehensive analytical support for employee benefit
programs including retirement plans, savings plans and group
insurance. In addition to assisting in the design and implementation
of benefit plans, programs and procedures, the person in this
position makes recommendations to offer cost effective and
competitive employee benefits. Some of the job duties are:
- Analyze and develop policies and benefit plans covering accident and health insurance coverage, retirement and pension plans, income continuance, holidays and vacations.
- Analyze the equity of current benefits compared to trends and legislated requirements and present recommendations for change or enhancements to management.
- Monitor, analyze and research utilization experience and trends on assigned benefit programs, including utilization patterns, cost trends and comparative studies.
Qualifications:
This job requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of

Job
Description: Under general supervision, performs a wide variety
of functions relating to departmental Payroll activities.
Compiles
information of straight and overtime pay and computes variance to
normal pay. Ensures accounting distribution and preparation of
deductions. Assists with governmental reporting/compliance.
Coordinates and processes any irregular payments (e.g., sales draws,
bonus payments, etc.). Discusses payroll matters with employees.
Handles account reconciliation's to the General Ledger for payroll

Job
Description: This consultant provides moderately
complex technical assistance to dealers, contractors and field sales
personnel to resolve system issues.
Duties
include, but are not limited to:
- Provide troubleshooting and installation assistance of HVAC/R equipment.
- Diagnose issues with refrigeration circuits, components and controls to guide callers to the appropriate resolution.
- Provide technical documentation to contractors, engineers and other personnel.
- Guide callers to the appropriate field personnel if first-hand attention is required.
- Document call information into the call-tracking database in the event additional follow-up is required.
- Identify and help implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required. At
least 2 years related technical consulting experience. Typically
requires at least 5 years of experience in the installation and
service of HVAC/R equipment.
