Job Overview

• This role will be primarily focused on common stock valuation of privately-held companies in compliance with IRS section 409a
• Other assignments may also include valuation of complex financial instruments utilizing simulation models and/or valuation engagements for financial reporting purposes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent required
• 5+ years of financial advisory related experience with business enterprise and intangible asset valuations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• MBA or CFA
