Job Overview and Responsibilities

• A full-time position in Risk Management Claims
• Will report to the VP of Claims Analytics, providing broad analytical support to the claims organization
• Some job responsibilities include the following:
  • Assess the information needs of the Claims operational groups, partnering with key stakeholders to identify and develop key performance metrics;
  • Create actionable insights by developing standardized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses targeted to answer key business or operational questions;
  • Identify sources of data to be used to complete analysis, leveraging internal and external information.

Job Qualifications (among others)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical roles, with Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience a plus.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
