Job Overview and Responsibilities

• A full-time position in Risk Management Claims
• Works in an office location handling all aspects of the reinspection process for damaged automobiles, trucks and other vehicles.
• Directly responsible for driving performance through accurate and thorough technical reinspections.
• Some job responsibilities include the following:
  • Completion and communication of technical reinspections to Express shops
  • Completion and communication of technical reinspections to the Appraisal Unit Managers on their staff or Independent Appraisers

Job Qualifications (among others)

• High School or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Possesses and applies an extensive knowledge of automotive repair procedures, insurance claims knowledge, appraisal practices, and industry trends as well as provides expertise on specialty claims handling
