Job Overview

• A regular, full-time position in Customer Operations
• General responsibilities include:
  • Managing the development and delivery of the core training orientation program that supports new hires across the department
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders to define specific onboarding requirements
  • Partner with other members of the Education team to leverage the program deliverables across multiple onboarding initiatives

Job Qualifications (among others)

• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred

• 5+ years managing training projects, or equivalent experience from similar roles in onboarding development programs

• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE
