Job Overview and Responsibilities

• A regular, full-time position in Customer Support
• Main responsibilities include:
  • Support customers and suppliers in understanding SciQuest’s supplier enablement methodology.
  • Manage supplier enablement integration timelines and expectations from project kickoff through end-to-end testing and go-live.

Job Qualifications (among others)

• Bachelors degree required
• 3+ years business analyst experience in a software technology environment
• Previous project management skills
• Previous customer service experience
