Overview and Responsibilities
- A regular, full-time position in Customer Support
- Main responsibilities include:
- Support customers and suppliers in understanding SciQuest’s supplier enablement methodology.
- Manage supplier enablement integration timelines and expectations from project kickoff through end-to-end testing and go-live.
Job
Qualifications (among
others)
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years business analyst experience in a software technology environment
- Previous project management skills
- Previous customer service experience
