Job Overview

• Responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance program for the business unit
• Will work closely with the Production Business Leaders to deploy WCM methods and tools to improve throughput and quality

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing\automotive environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of equipment (mechanical and electrical)
• Ability to work with all levels of management and union leadership
• Preferably with Master's degree, and
• Journeyman certification in a working trade
