Job Overview: The successful candidate for the role will flawlessly execute email marketing campaigns across tronc's network of elite news sites based in Los Angeles, Chicago, Baltimore, Orlando and additional communities, provide excellent service to internal customers and recommend new ideas and processes to his/her manager and colleagues.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (among others)

• Interface with sales and marketing personnel to execute email marketing campaign, reporting and analysis requirements
• Perform email campaign management, execution, reporting and analysis
• Responsible for day to day support of e-mail vendor systems; including communication on enhancements, changes, support issues, outages and special projects with vendor account teams

Job Qualifications/Requirements (among others)

• The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and two+ years of experience in a direct/database marketing, online media planning/buying, web analytics and/or similar role
• One year hands-on background in email marketing preferred with knowledge of service providers such as Cheetah Mail. Knowledge of basic HTML preferred
