Job Overview: The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, forecasting and presenting monthly, quarterly and yearly financial data including department expenses, production variances and Unit Manufacturing Costs (UMC).

Job Duties & Responsibilities (among others)

• Develop Annual Operating Plan plus 3 year Annual Strategic Review (ASR) for assigned operational area to include labor, overhead, and materials cost
• Develop item level standard costs in SAP
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and SOX requirements and participate with audits

Job Qualifications/Requirements (among others)

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of related work experience in Cost Accounting
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams through financial analysis
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interpret and report on financial performance of operations results
