Job Overview and Responsibilities
  • Reports to the Gift and Data Processing Manager
  • Full-time position based in UCS’s Cambridge office
  • Responsible for completing time and detail sensitive work related to processing and handling of all donations made to UCS
  • Some specific responsibilities include
    • Daily batch entry of gifts entered in-house using The Raiser’s Edge fundraising software
      • Management of daily bulk imports of gift files from outside lockbox vendor and online gift software
    • Effective coordination with other Development teams to assure the accurate and timely processing of gifts from Major Donors and Foundations
Job Qualifications (among others)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an office setting is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently for extended periods of time to accomplish daily responsibilities and projects.
