Job Overview: The successful candidate for the position will provide support for the Global PMO (Project Management Office). This will include support of day-to-day operational details in the PMO as well as support of ongoing PMO process development activities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (among others)
  • Support PMO in development of PM training curriculum
  • Collaborates with the PMO Director and Project Management Council to develop processes and procedures to achieve PMO objectives
  • Supports PMO governance including reporting, governance meetings, project data collection, training and tools
  • Supports project managers in preparation of PPX design control deliverables
Job Qualifications/Requirements (among others)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, other applicable area, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of business analysis and/or project support experience.
  • Experience with a Stage, Phase Gate type or similar process.
  • Able to develop complex project schedules in MS Project, familiar with other Project Management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing; teamwork; able to understand technical information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, highly organized, and have high attention to detail.
